The hotel offered a variety of fun and engaging activities for both kids and adults. The food was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful scenery.
Although the hotel had many great amenities, some of the facilities were in need of maintenance. some of the staff seemed overwhelmed and not as helpful as they could have been.

The hotel had great amenities such as a playground and a pool, and the location was ideal for my business trip.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high and made it difficult to relax or work in the room. the food options at the hotel restaurant were limited and not to my liking.

We enjoyed the luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, like the spa centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi were all top-notch. the service was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The only minor issue we experienced was that the entertainment options were limited and had an additional cost. the beautiful garden area, aqua park, and leisure/TV room more than made up for it.

the rooms were comfortable and equipped with great amenities. the bathroom had contemporary decor and a fantastic shower. the breakfast was fresh and delicious. there was an indoor pool within the premises of the castle! What a unique experience!
The hotel charged extra fees for activities that should have been included.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were helpful staff, amazing food, and great entertainment, especially the Brazilian music night. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options including omelets and tapiocas. The resort was very kid-friendly with excellent recreation staff, facilities, and comfortable rooms.
